What to Expect on Your First Visit
Your initial appointment is designed to be thorough, informative, and comfortable. Here’s what you can look forward to:
- Consultation: Dr. Tiffany will conduct a comprehensive consultation to understand your health concerns and goals.
- Examination: A detailed examination, including orthopedic assessments and range of motion tests, help us identify the root cause of your issues.
- Advanced Scans: Our state-of-the-art CLA INSiGHT® scanner provides objective measurements of your nervous system function.
- Same-Day Results: In most cases, Dr. Tiffany will briefly review your results on the same day.
This first visit typically lasts about 60 minutes, allowing us ample time to get to know you and your health needs.

Your Second Appointment
We’ll schedule a follow-up appointment within the same week of your initial visit. During this 20-minute session, Dr. Smart will review your exam and scan results in detail, discuss your personalized care plan, answer any questions you might have, and perform your first adjustment if you’re ready to move forward. She may recommend “homework,” including specific stretches and exercises.

We provide superbills for those with insurance coverage. Our team is happy to help you understand your benefits and maximize your coverage.
